Cancellation

Cancelling before a piece is made or shipped.

• In-stock serveware can be cancelled any time before it is handed to the courier.
• Made-to-order furniture can be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation, before material is cut.
• Refunds on cancelled orders are made to the account the payment came from.
