What happens if a piece arrives wrong or damaged.

• Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, and we will replace or repair the piece.
• Because every piece is hand made, slight variation in colour, grain and finish is expected and is not a defect.
• Made-to-order and customised furniture cannot be returned once production has started.
